fa تبارشناسی نظریه های مدیریت آموزشی با تکیه بر آرای میشل فوکو تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;">پژوهش حاضر&nbsp;<span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><span lang="AR-SA">با رویکرد تبارشناسی فوکویی، سیر تحول نظریه‌پردازی در دانش مدیریت آموزشی ایران را بررسی می‌کند. بر پایه تحلیل گام‌به‌گام تبارشناختی (ده گام)، سنت‌های نظری این حوزه نه به صورت خطی، بلکه در پیوند با روابط قدرت-دانش و گسست‌های تاریخی شکل گرفته‌اند. یافته‌ها هشت سنت عمده را شناسایی کرده است: ابزاری-عقلانی، انسانی-روانی، ساختاری-کارکردی، انتقادی-اجتماعی، اخلاقی-پدیدارشناختی، پست‌مدرن-فمینیستی، داده‌محور و نوظهور تکنولوژی‌محور. این سنت‌ها تحت تأثیر تحولات تاریخی مانند تأسیس دارالفنون، بوروکراسی پهلوی و اسلامی‌سازی پس از انقلاب قرار گرفته و گفتمان تکنولوژی‌محور را به حاشیه رانده‌اند. پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که مدیریت آموزشی ایران فاقد استقلال معرفتی کافی است و عمدتاً وابسته به پارادایم‌های غربی صنعتی و علوم انسانی بوده است. در نهایت، مقاله بر ضرورت بازاندیشی انتقادی و تولید نظریه‌های بومی با ادغام فناوری تأکید دارد تا بداهت‌های رسوب‌کرده شکسته شود و افق‌های نو برای مدیریت آموزشی در عصر دیجیتال گشوده گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:black">This article employs a Foucauldian genealogical approach to examine the historical evolution of theorizing in educational management in Iran. Through a systematic ten-step genealogical analysis, it demonstrates that theoretical traditions in this field have not developed linearly but have emerged through discontinuities, contingencies, and power-knowledge relations. The findings identify eight major theoretical traditions: instrumental-rational, human-psychological, structural-functional, critical-social, ethical-phenomenological, postmodern-feminist, data-driven/evidence-based, and emerging technology-oriented. These traditions have been shaped by key historical junctures&mdash;including the establishment of Dar al-Fonun in the Qajar era, bureaucratic rationalization during the Pahlavi period, and post-revolutionary Islamization&mdash;while the technology-oriented discourse has remained largely marginalized. The study highlights the lack of epistemological independence in Iranian educational management, its heavy reliance on Western industrial and humanistic paradigms, and the persistent reproduction of control-oriented and ideological discourses.
