The book Khom-e Panir, the biography of Dr. Hassan Kardan, Professor of Educational Management at Allameh Tabataba'i University, was published in spring 2024. Written in an "as-told-to" style with fluid, humorous prose, it recounts Kardan's memories from childhood, studies at Sepah Danesh Teachers' College and in the US, university teaching, and founding industrial factories. A PhD graduate from Peabody College (1977), Kardan significantly contributes to documenting Iran's educational history.The book's significance: his unique role in educational management, portrayal of socio-cultural changes over half a century, practical application of human relations theories in industry (e.g., worker encouragement and workplace hygiene), and moral lessons like perseverance, honesty, and gratitude. Khom-e Panir inspires disillusioned youth, especially students, bridging education, industry, and ethical upbringing.
