رهبری آموزشی بهعنوان یک دیسیپلین چندوجهی، از اوایل قرن بیستم تا عصر دیجیتال تحولات عمیقی را تجربه کرده است. این مطالعه با رویکرد مرور نظاممند، سیر تکامل نظری و عملی این حوزه را در چهار دوره کلیدی بررسی میکند: دوره کلاسیک با تأکید بر کارایی و بوروکراسی، چرخش انسانگرایانه دهههای 1970 و 1980 با تمرکز بر فرهنگ و ارزشها، نظریههای انتقادی، فمینیستی و پستمدرن دهههای 1980 و 1990 با توجه به نابرابری و قدرت، و خوانشهای معاصر با محوریت فناوری، جهانیسازی و پیچیدگیهای سیستمی. یافتهها نشان میدهند که رهبری آموزشی از یک مفهوم عملمحور به کنشی اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اخلاقی تکامل یافته که نیازمند بازتعریف نقش مدیران بهعنوان تسهیلگران یادگیری و هدایتکنندگان شبکهای است. چالشهای پیادهسازی این رویکردها شامل کمبود زیرساختهای فناوری و پژوهشهای محلی است. این مطالعه پیشنهاد میکند که توسعه رهبری آموزشی نیازمند سرمایهگذاری در فناوری، تقویت پژوهشهای بومی و ترویج فرهنگ همکاری و عدالت است تا نظامهای آموزشی به سوی محیطهای یادگیری نوآورانه و فراگیر حرکت کنند.
