The aim of this research was to provide scenarios for understanding educational leadership in the age of artificial intelligence. The research method of this study is qualitative and based on scenario design. This approach was chosen because scenario design allows for the reconstruction of possible futures and extraction of different consequences of management decisions and is consistent with the complex and multidimensional structure of educational leadership. The research field included school principals and educational technology experts nationwide. The sampling method was purposive and snowball, which was finally completed with 12 people. In-depth interviews and school document analysis were used to collect data. Validation was ensured with data triangulation techniques, participant review, and continuous note-taking. The method of categorizing open themes, organizing themes, and overarching themes was used to analyze the data. Overall, the results showed that the basis for understanding educational leadership in the era of artificial intelligence was provided based on four future scenarios, and each scenario was explained based on the status of the main categories. Scenario A: "Sustainable Intelligent Leadership"; Scenario B: "Technology-Dependent Leadership"; Scenario C: "Resistant Leadership"; Scenario D: "Policy-Driven Transformation". Overall, the scenarios show that the future of education can follow four different paths depending on the interaction between digital skills, organizational culture, political support, and the degree of reliance on technology. Finally, a critique of the results obtained on the four scenarios provided was presented.
