fa سناریوهایی برای فهم رهبری آموزشی در عصر هوش مصنوعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin="">هدف این پژوهش، فراهم سازی سناریوهایی برای فهم رهبری آمورزشی در عصر هوش مصنوعی بوده است.روش تحقیق این مطالعه کیفی و مبتنی بر طراحی سناریو است.انتخاب این رویکرد از آن جهت انجام شد که طراحی سناریو امکان بازسازی آینده‌های ممکن و استخراج پیامدهای متفاوت تصمیمات مدیریتی را فراهم می‌سازد و با ساختار پیچیده و چندبُعدی رهبری آموزشی هم‌خوانی دارد. میدان پژوهش شامل مدیران مدارس و کارشناسان فناوری آموزشی در سطح کشور بوده است.شیوه نمونه گیری بصورت هدفمند و گلوله برفی صورت گرفت که در نهایت با 12 نفر به اتمام رسید. برای گردآوری داده ها از مصاحبه عمیق و تحلیل اسناد مدرسه‌ای استفاده شد.اعتباریابی با تکنیک‌های مثلث‌سازی داده، بازبینی مشارکت‌کنندگان و یادداشت‌برداری مستمر تضمین شد.برای تحلیل داده ها از روش دسته بندی مضامین باز، مضامین سازمان دهنده و مضامین فراگیر&nbsp; استفاده گردید. بطور کلی نتایج نشان داد، بستر فهم رهبری آموزشی درعصر هوش مصنوعی برپایه چهار سناریوی آینده فراهم شد و هر سناریو بر اساس وضعیت مقوله‌های اصلی تبیین شده است. سناریوی الف &laquo;رهبری هوشمند پایدار&raquo;؛سناریوی ب &laquo;رهبری وابسته به فناوری&raquo;؛سناریوی پ &laquo;رهبری مقاومتی&raquo;؛ سناریوی ت &laquo;تحول سیاست‌محور&raquo;.در مجموع، سناریوها نشان می‌دهد که آینده آموزش بسته به تعامل میان مهارت دیجیتال، فرهنگ سازمانی، پشتیبانی سیاستی و میزان اتکاء به فناوری می‌تواند چهار مسیر متفاوت را دنبال کند.در پایان نقدی بر نتایج بدست آمده بر چهارسناریوی فراهم شده ارائه شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span new="" roman="" times="">The aim of this research was to provide scenarios for understanding educational leadership in the age of artificial intelligence. The research method of this study is qualitative and based on scenario design. This approach was chosen because scenario design allows for the reconstruction of possible futures and extraction of different consequences of management decisions and is consistent with the complex and multidimensional structure of educational leadership. The research field included school principals and educational technology experts nationwide. The sampling method was purposive and snowball, which was finally completed with 12 people. In-depth interviews and school document analysis were used to collect data. Validation was ensured with data triangulation techniques, participant review, and continuous note-taking. The method of categorizing open themes, organizing themes, and overarching themes was used to analyze the data. Overall, the results showed that the basis for understanding educational leadership in the era of artificial intelligence was provided based on four future scenarios, and each scenario was explained based on the status of the main categories. Scenario A: &quot;Sustainable Intelligent Leadership&quot;; Scenario B: &quot;Technology-Dependent Leadership&quot;; Scenario C: &quot;Resistant Leadership&quot;; Scenario D: &quot;Policy-Driven Transformation&quot;. Overall, the scenarios show that the future of education can follow four different paths depending on the interaction between digital skills, organizational culture, political support, and the degree of reliance on technology.
