fa شناسایی و اولویت بندی مؤلفه های اثرگذار بر مدیریت دانش در سازمان آموزش و پرورش نمونه موردی: آموزش و پرورش شهرستان اسلام آبادغرب تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌های اثرگذار بر مدیریت دانش در سازمان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان اسلام‌آباد غرب به اجرا درآمد. این مطالعه از نظر هدف، در زمره پژوهش‌های نظری-کاربردی و از نظر روش، مبتنی بر رویکردهای توصیفی-تحلیلی است. در مرحله توصیفی، ابتدا متغیرهای کلیدی مدیریت دانش از طریق مرور نظام‌مند ادبیات و روش اسنادی استخراج گردید و سپس به‌منظور بومی‌سازی و تأیید این متغیرها، از روش دلفی با مشارکت خبرگان (شامل معلمان، مدیران و کارکنان آموزشی) استفاده شد. در مرحله تحلیلی، داده‌ها به‌صورت پیمایشی و از طریق پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته (طیف پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت) گردآوری گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش را ۱۸۹۸ نفر از کارکنان و کادر آموزشی سازمان مذکور تشکیل دادند که از این میان، نمونه‌ای ۱۰۰ نفری جهت تحلیل انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و اولویت‌بندی مؤلفه‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روش تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره فرآیند تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی فازی </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">(</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">FAHP</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">)</span></span> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">صورت پذیرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که هشت مؤلفه کلیدی شامل عوامل انسانی، فرهنگ دانش، مدیریت استراتژیک دانش، تولید دانش، کیفیت اطلاعات، فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات، انتقال دانش و استفاده از دانش بر مدیریت دانش اثرگذار هستند. نتایج تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که مؤلفه &laquo;عوامل انسانی&raquo; در جایگاه نخست اولویت‌ها و مؤلفه &laquo;استفاده از دانش&raquo; در پایین‌ترین سطح قرار دارد. به‌طور کلی، نتایج بیانگر آن است که عوامل انسانی و فرهنگ دانش، تعیین‌کننده‌ترین ارکان مدیریت دانش در سازمان مورد مطالعه هستند و اولویت پایین مؤلفه &laquo;استفاده از دانش&raquo;، نشان‌دهنده وجود شکاف در چرخه مدیریت دانش و ضرورت طراحی سازوکارهای عملیاتی جهت بهره‌برداری بهینه از سرمایه‌های دانشی سازمان است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:center 3.25in left 345.75pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The purpose of this research was to identify and prioritize the effective components of knowledge management in the Education Organization of Eslamabad-e Gharb. This study is theoretical-applied in terms of its goal and based on descriptive-analytical approaches in terms of its method. In the descriptive stage, key variables of knowledge management were first extracted through a systematic review of literature and documentary methods, and then the Delphi method was used with the participation of experts (including teachers, managers, and educational staff) to localize and confirm these variables. In the analytical stage, data were collected through a survey using a researcher-made questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The statistical population included 1,898 employees, managers, and teachers of the Education Organization of Eslamabad-e Gharb, and a sample of 100 people was selected for analysis. The data analysis and prioritization of components were carried out using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) multi-criteria decision-making method. The results of the research showed that eight key components, including human factors, knowledge culture, strategic knowledge management, knowledge production, information quality, information and communication technology, knowledge transfer, and knowledge use, affect knowledge management. The analysis results showed that the &quot;human factors&quot; component had the highest priority and the &quot;knowledge use&quot; component had the lowest priority from the respondents&#39; point of view.
